They claim that they have a 99% service rate without losing signal...***.Every time it rains we lose signal and it takes nearly an hour to get a signal back.
Shouldn't we be credited for the time we lost service?? God knows they have charges for everything to us in their customer agreement including controlling your checkbook or credit card. Definitely going to cancel! You can't talk to customer service either, nobody speaks English.
I was transferred 5 times and nobody wanted to listen.I would advise against using this service, once they lock you into a contract they hold you hostage and want to charge you $480 to leave them.
